Terms of Service

These terms apply when a business orders a website from us. We work with businesses only (not consumers). Your order is confirmed when you reply "YES" to our offer email or sign our order form.
1. What you get
A modern, mobile-first website based on the free homepage mockup you have seen, in the package you choose (One-Page, Business or Premium), with contact form, SSL and full setup on your domain. Online shops, multilingual sites, email inboxes, paid plugins or premium domains are not included unless agreed in writing.
2. Your domain and hosting
Your domain and hosting stay in your own name, so you always keep control. You pay those providers directly (hosting is often free or a few dollars a month). We connect and set everything up for you.
3. Timeline and your content
We go live within 5 business days (One-Page usually within 3) counted from the day we have everything we need from you: logo, photos, texts/services and access details. Business days are Monday to Friday. If content is missing, the timeline moves accordingly.
4. Revisions and approval
Two rounds of revisions are included. After the final preview we ask for your approval; if we receive no feedback within 10 business days after a reminder, the website counts as approved.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are those in your offer (all amounts net). Buy: 50% when you order, 50% when the website goes live, plus the monthly care plan if chosen. Rent: monthly price, first month payable before we start, 12-month minimum term, then cancellable monthly. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Customers outside the EU are not charged German VAT; any local taxes in your country are your responsibility.
6. Care plan
The optional care plan covers updates, backups and small text or image changes. It can be cancelled with 30 days' notice to the end of a month.
7. Who owns the website
Buy: once the build price is paid in full, you receive the exclusive, unlimited right to use and change the website. Third-party parts (fonts, stock photos, open-source code, form services) remain under their own licenses. Rent: the website remains ours; you have the right to use it while the plan is active. If a rental ends or payments stop, we may take the website offline; you can buy it out at any time for the build price minus 50% of the rent already paid.
8. No guarantees on results
We build websites to current best practice for speed, security and accessibility (WCAG basics), but we cannot guarantee search rankings, enquiries, revenue or full legal compliance of your business content. You are responsible for the content you provide (texts, photos, reviews, legal pages) and for having the rights to it.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except for intent, gross negligence and injury to life or health. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit.
10. Cancellation before launch
If you cancel after ordering but before launch, we keep payment for work already done (at least the mockup and setup) and refund the rest of your deposit.
11. Privacy
We use your details only to deliver the project. See our privacy policy.
12. Law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, Germany, to the extent legally permitted.
